I’m Keenan, a UX/UI designer currently located in New York City. When I’m not designing, I love to draw, play guitar, hang with good friends, and passionately cheer on my first love, the Philadelphia Phillies.


My love for making art and designing ideas from my imagination began when I was in kindergarten, and is still very much alive in me today. I ignored my dreams of being a designer for a long time and graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor’s in Childhood and Special Education in 2020. My background as a teacher has been incredibly valuable in my journey as a UX/UI designer, as it has honed my ability to empathize with users, effectively communicate complex ideas, and prioritize user-friendly solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and user preferences.

Nuubi

Contract: Product Designer

Working on conducting research, user testing, ideation, wireframes, and high-fidelity polished user experiences and user interfaces for mobile and web. I collaborate with a dynamic team of designers in a startup environment to research, design, and prototype features that enhance the user experience of the Nuubi e-learning application.

November 2023 – March 2024

Premier Level Staffing

Contract: UX/UI Designer

Spearheaded the complete overhaul of Premier Level Staffing's website, focusing on enhancing user experience and visual appeal to drive engagement and client acquisition. Collaborated closely with stakeholders, including the agency's management team and marketing department,
to understand business goals and translate them into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI designs.

Heat Packet

Contract: UX/UI Designer

Creating visual design, prototypes for mobile and web applications, collaborating with the design team, stakeholders, product owners and developers in an agile environment.

January 2022 – February 2023

Parisi Speed School

Digital Designer

Elevated the brand identity and design system of Parisi, effectively distinguishing it in a competitive landscape while rectifying issues related to consistency and brand recognition across digital platforms. Contributed to the company-wide standardization of the brand identity by implementing precise spacing, logo usage
guidelines, and other essential design structures to create a more recognizable brand image throughout digital spaces.

Physical Therapy Plus

Intern: Graphic Designer

Orchestrated, developed, and managed content updates for the company website and social media, ensuring a visually engaging online presence, consistently maintaining the company's digital relevance by actively curating and publishing fresh, high-quality content.
